Eligibility and registration

• League registration is limited to United States residents at launch.
• Regular-league players must be at least 21. Players entering a 55+ offering must be at least 55.
• An active American Darters Association membership is required before registration.
• Registration is an application until SFD confirms eligibility and flight placement.
• Doubles partners register and pay separately, and a confirmed partner is required.

An automatic receipt is sent after application. SFD aims to provide approval, placement or another decision within 72 hours.

Payments, discounts and taxes

Stripe and PayPal process payments where supported. A payment is complete only after the processor confirms success. Weekly league payments must be paid before the applicable match is played or scored.

A one-time 15% full-season Vegas Challenge offer may appear only during checkout. Subscribe & Save provides a 5% discount when available. Discounts, promotional offers and league credits cannot be combined; the customer chooses one eligible benefit.

Subscribe & Save begins with a charge covering Weeks 1 and 2. Beginning with Week 3, one charge processes every Sunday at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The subscription ends automatically after its final regular-season payment. Stripe may automatically retry a failed payment. Until payment succeeds, the affected player or team cannot play the unpaid match or submit its score.

Prices may exclude applicable sales tax. Kentucky sales tax is charged to Kentucky customers at the legally applicable rate. Tax for other jurisdictions will be applied when required.

Withdrawals, cancellations and league credit

A player or team that withdraws, quits, fails to finish, fails to submit required scores or fails to remain paid forfeits amounts already paid and receives no refund. When SFD processes a withdrawal, future automatic subscription charges stop.

If SFD cancels a league or cannot provide a purchased league service, eligible payments are issued as dollar-for-dollar league credit. Credit belongs only to the original customer, cannot be transferred, may be used only for future SFD league payments and expires 180 days after issue. If the replacement league costs less, the remaining balance stays as credit; if it costs more, the customer pays the difference. Cash refunds are provided only when required by law or jointly approved by Hope Masterson and Jerry Joseph.

A verified duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

League rules and conduct

Customers must follow the published rules, schedule, scoring requirements and season deadline for their selected league. Applicable ADA rules control gameplay, official scoring, match recording and ADA forfeit awards. SFD rules control registration, scheduling, payments, prizes, replacements, invitations, discipline and league administration.

Score disputes and written complaints must be emailed within the applicable rule deadline. Cheating allegations require the evidence specified in the published rulebook.

Custom jerseys and merchandise

Customers must verify product, size, quantity, personalization, spelling, artwork and shipping address before ordering. The first design proof is normally sent within three to five business days after successful payment.

A jersey order may be canceled before proof approval. Production begins only after the customer selects Approve Design for Production. After approval, the custom order cannot be changed or canceled and is nonrefundable except for a verified defect, fulfillment error or right required by law.

Production is estimated at four to eight weeks after design approval, followed by carrier transit. Shipping costs $14.99. Standard online shipping is limited to the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii require advance approval and a separate shipping arrangement. Free pickup is not available.

An incorrect, damaged or defective item must be reported within seven calendar days after receipt with the order number and supporting photographs.

Accounts and customer information

Customers must provide an accurate legal name, email address, telephone number, billing address and shipping address. Prize-payment information must use the recipient's legal name rather than a nickname. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Changes and governing law

The terms shown at checkout govern that purchase. SFD may update terms for future purchases or seasons. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, subject to consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
